August 11, 2008 Seminole County Grand Jury Indicts Tony Gale Gonsoilin in Death of his Nephew

The Seminole County Grand Jury issued a first-degree felony murder indictment today (August 5) charging Tony Gale Gonsoulin, 49, with the July 4 death of his six-year-old nephew, Cameron Palmer.

Gonsoulin was also charged with aggravated child abuse by willful torture or malicious punishment or causing great bodily harm. The child was staying with Gonsoulin at his Apopka home at 3418 Glocca Morra Dr. which is in Seminole County. He is being held in the Seminole County Jail without bond.

The Jury heard from only one witness, a Seminole County sheriff's agent, before returning the indictment.
