The Brevard County Grand Jury issued an indictment today charging Justin Curtis Heyne, 24, Titusville, with three counts of first-degree premeditated murder in connection with the March 30 shooting deaths of three members of a Titusville family.

Heyne lived at the 4545 Moon Road home with the family. He is charged with shooting to death Ivory Hamilton, 5; Sarah Buckoski, 24; and Benjamin Hamilton, 26.

The grand jury heard from four witnesses, including two Titusville police officers, a Florida Department of Law Enforcement crime scene analyst, and a lay witness.

Heyne is currently held at the Brevard County Jail where he is scheduled for a first appearance on Wednesday, April 26, 2006.
