A Brevard County Grand Jury issued a first-degree premeditated murder indictment today against Vitaliy Alexander Groesbeck, 20, in connection with the July 14 death of Randi Allison, his 24-year-old former landlady. He was also indicted on a charge of robbery with a firearm while inflicting death.

The jury heard from a crime scene analyst and a detective, both from Titusville Police Department, before returning with the indictment, said Assistant State Attorney Michael Hunt.

Groesbeck has been held without bail since his arrest July 18, but is scheduled for a first appearance on the charges tomorrow at the Brevard County Jail.
