It's November and we're proudly Saluting Service on Veterans Day and all month long by supporting those who serve in the United States Armed Forces.

Operation Green Light

Recently the National Association of Counties (NACo) and the National Association of County Veteran Service Officers (NACVSO) invited the nation’s 3,069 counties, parishes, and boroughs to join Operation Green Light and show support for veterans by lighting our buildings green from November 7 to November 13. 

This Veterans Day (Nov 11), why not consider lighting your home or business green as well. By shining a green light, county governments and our community can send a powerful message letting veterans know that they are seen, appreciated and supported.
