April 17, 2018 - Seminole Grand Jury Issues Indictment In Apopka Staged Home Invasion Murder

Yesterday (April 16th) the Seminole County Grand Jury issued an indictment charging ASGEIRR ULFR, (26) of 11625 Bacon Street, Orlando, FL with one (1) count of First Degree Felony Murder for the death of his former girlfriend, Christina Scarr, (20) during an April 6th attack at the victim's home, 1212 Gina Court, Apopka, FL.

ULFR was also indicted for single counts of Burglary to an Occupied Dwelling and Kidnapping. Initally reported as a home invasion in which he had sustained a gunshot wound to the foot, Seminole County Investigators identified surveillance video and other evidence that disproved ULFR's version of the incident and implicated him in the murder. An arrest warrant was obtained and ULFR was taken into custody in Orlando on April 7th, 2018 and later held at the Seminole County Jail on No Bond.

The Grand Jury heard testimony from Seminole County Sheriff's Office Crime Scene and Criminal Investigators before returning with the indictment. No trial date has been set and ULFR's next court appearance is scheduled for May 22nd, 2018 in front of Judge Debra Nelson at 1:30 PM at the Seminole County Criminal Justice Center.

ULFR remains in custody on NO BOND.
