The Seminole State Attorney's Office filed a charge of felony
battery, a third-degree felony, and disorderly conduct, a second-degree
misdemeanor, today (Jan. 24.) against Justin Collison, 21, who was
previously arrested by Sanford Police for his Dec. 4 role in beating
Sherman Ware, 47.

Collison's next scheduled court date is an arraignment on the charges
on March 1 at 1:30 p.m. before Circuit Court Judge Debra Nelson.
