Brevard Grand Jury Issues

 

 

    The Brevard County Grand Jury returned a two-count indictment Tuesday against Oscar Eugene Milbry III for first-degree felony murder and aggravated child abuse in the May 20 death of an infant child 37-days old.

 

    The indictment was sealed until Milbry's arrest early this morning. Assistant State Attorney Michael Hunt said Milbry is scheduled to make a first appearance on the charges today at the Brevard County jail.

 

    The jury heard testimony from the Brevard County Medical Examiner and a Palm Bay Police Department Investigator before returning the indictment.
