Brevard Grand Jury Indicts

South Florida Man for Palm Bay Murder

 

            The Brevard County Grand Jury returned a first-degree murder indictment today against Jason Demetrius Williams, 29, Ft. Lauderdale, for the October 15 murder of Wayne McIntosh, 51, 341 Wisteria Ave. NW, Palm Bay.

 

            Williams was also indicted on grand theft motor vehicle for stealing the dying man’s Cadillac to flee police. The Grand Jury heard testimony from the Brevard County Medical Examiner, a Palm Bay Detective and a Palm Bay Crime Scene Analyst before returning the indictment.

 

            Williams was initially arrested on a second-degree murder charge October 20 and has been held in the Brevard County Jail without bond since then. He will be served with the new charges at the jail and will be scheduled for a first appearance tomorrow, said Assistant State Attorney Michael Hunt..
