The Brevard County Grand Jury returned first-degree premeditated murder indictments Tuesday against two men for the August 16 death of Antricia Jackson, a 27-year-old Cocoa woman. Jackson's body was discovered in a wooded lot off Abbey Lane in Cocoa.

Lester White III, 22, Cocoa, and Miledge Hoper, 20, Rockledge, were arrested earlier and remain held without bond in the Brevard County Jail.

Assistant State Attorney Michael Hunt said that the jury heard evidence from the medical examiner, a Cocoa police officer, and a lay witness before returning the indictment.
