Information in Longwood Traffic Crash Case
Forwarded to Governor’s Office
State Attorney Phil Archer notified Governor Rick Scott’s office Friday morning of the two felony charges filed against Longwood City Commissioner Haywood “Butch” Bundy, as is required by protocol. The Governor’s Office is responsible for any further decisions about the elected official’s post, Archer said.
The Information filed with the Seminole Clerk of Courts and the capias request from Longwood Police Department, both public documents that Bundy received last night when he, accompanied by an attorney, turned himself in at the Seminole County jail.
