Seminole County Grand Jury Issues
First-Degree Murder Indictment
The Seminole County Grand Jury issued a first-degree felony murder indictment today (June 2) against Carrington Emanuel Ivory, 25, Orlando, for the April 18 death of Stephan Joseph Beglane, 44.
Ivory was also indicted on charges of burglary of a dwelling with an assault or battery, robbery, and grand theft auto. Ivory was arrested by Seminole County Deputy Sheriff’s on May 7 and remains in the Seminole County Jail where he is being held without bond.
Assistant State Attorney Stacey Salmons said the Grand Jury heard from one witness, a Seminole County Sheriff’s Investigator, before returning the charges. Ivory is scheduled for arraignment on June 17 before Seminole County Judge Marlene Alva.
