Seminole County Grand Jury Issues Indictment
In Lake Mary Murder
The Seminole County Grand Jury issued a First Degree Premeditated Murder indictment today (Oct. 13), charging 26-year-old Andre Ernesto Luciano in the Sept. 15 death of Nu Truong Dang who was operating the Lake Mary Dry Cleaners business at 101 N. Country Club Road in Lake Mary.
Luciano also faces charges of Kidnapping, Burglary of a Structure with an Assault or Battery, and Robbery with a Firearm. He was arrested late in the evening on the 15th in Kissimmee where he had driven the victim’s car before contacting a relative. Luciano made several statements that concerned the relative sufficiently that the relative called police. Kissimmee police responded, contacted Lake Mary officers who then responded, interviewed, and arrested Luciano.
The grand jury heard testimony from two detectives with the Lake Mary Police Department before deliberating in secret and returning the indictment. Luciano remains held in the Seminole County Jail without bond.
