Seminole County Grand Jury Indicts

In Heroin Overdose Death

 

The Seminole County Grand Jury issued a First-degree Felony Murder Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance indictment today, Aug. 9, against Alex Michael Lindsey, 464 Citrus Ave., Oviedo, in connection with the June 26 death of Caroline Ralph who died from a heroin overdose.

 

The Seminole County Grand Jury heard testimony from a medical examiner and an Oviedo Police Department Detective before returning the indictment against 27-year-old Lindsey. The Grand Jury also indicted Lindsey on four additional drug related charges of Delivery of a Controlled Substance Heroin – Second-degree Felony; Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance Heroin – Second-degree Felony; Possession of Controlled Substance Cocaine – Third-degree Felony; Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia – Third-degree Felony.

 

Lindsey was arrested by Oviedo Police on June 30 and remains in the Seminole County Jail with no bond.
