Seminole County Grand Jury Issues

Two First-degree Murder Indictments

 

The Seminole County Grand Jury issued first-degree felony murder indictments Thursday (Jan. 12) against Michael Love, 30, and Mandi Jackson, 21, for the Dec. 14 death of James William Mulrenin in Altamonte Springs. The two were also charged with burglary of a dwelling with an assault or battery and robbery.

 

Mulrenin, 52, died after he had been shot and fell from a 5thfloor balcony at The Lofts at Uptown Altamonte. Love and Jackson were arrested on a warrant by Altamonte Springs Police on Dec. 22 and have been held without bail since then.

 

Assistant State Attorney Dan Faggard presented the case to the Grand Jury which also heard testimony from an Altamonte Springs Police Department detective before returning with the indictment.
