The Office of the State Attorney has filed a formal Information charging Ralph McCoig with one (1) Felony count of Aggravated Assault with a Firearm, and one (1) Felony count of Shooting into an Occupied Vehicle. The filing stems from an incident investigated by the Rockledge Police Department on June 13, 2017.

A trial date has not yet been set. Inquiries can be directed to our Public Information Office; however we're ethically prohibited from commenting further on the case as it proceeds to trial.
