Information Filed Charging LARRY KERR with Voter Fraud
In 2016 Lori Scott, Supervisor of Elections for Brevard County submitted a request to State Attorney Phil Archer seeking an investigation in to possible voter fraud by LARRY WAYNE KERR, (70) of Cocoa, Florida.
The investigation revealed that KERR had been convicted of a felony on 10/25/1999 in the United States District Court in Orlando and his Constitutional right to vote has not been restored.
In records obtained from the Brevard Supervisor of Elections revealed that on 09/20/2008 a Florida Voter Registration Application was submitted in Kerr’s name with his identified signature. The application indicated that KERR was not a convicted felon. Then on 11/04/2014 KERR appeared and submitted a voter ballot in the General Election.
These findings were reviewed by the Assistant State Attorney Michael Hunt who submitted an Information charging LARRY KERR with one (1) count of Unqualified Elector Willfully Voting (F3) in Violation of F.S. 104.15.
