February 5, 2018 William Depree Enters Guilty Plea in Brevard Public Corruption Prosecution

William DUPREE was charged as a co-conspirator in the 2014 criminal public corruption case involving former Brevard Clerk of the Court Mitchell NEEDELMAN and Blue Ware CEO Rose HARR.

Today, Dupree acknowledged his part in this public corruption case by entering a plea of guilty to the charge of being a Principle to Bribery, a second degree felony (F2).

In return for his open plea to the court, the state agreed to drop the remaining charges. There is no agreement as to the sentence Dupree will receive.

Dupree faces up to 15 years in state prison and a maximum $10,000 dollar fine.

Sentencing is scheduled for April 9th, 2018 at 9:00 am
