September 15, 2021 - Seminole Grand Jury Indicts Two for First Degree Murder

Yesterday (Sept 14), the Seminole County Grand Jury indicted Sherry FITZPATRICK (56), for First Degree Premeditated Murder (CF); and Terry WILLIAMS JR (32), for First Degree Murder-Distribution of a Controlled Substance (CF), in separate incidents.

FITZPATRICK was identified by Casselberry Police as the person who intentionally shot and killed her husband Timothy Fitzpatrick (55), after a domestic dispute on July 28, 2021, at the couple's home at 39 N. Winter Park Drive. After a weeks long investigation an arrest warrant was obtained and FITZPATRICK was taken into custody August 27, 2021, and held without bond.

WILLIAMS JR was identified by Seminole County Deputies as the person who provided Fentanyl that resulted in the overdose death of Ariel Osteen (31), on November 2, 2020, at 1900 Wingfield Drive, Longwood. WILLIAMS JR. was arrested November 13, 2020, after delivering fentanyl to undercover agents and is also facing charges of Trafficking in Fentanyl 14-28 grams (F1), Trafficking in Phenethylamines 10-200 grams (F1), Possession of Cocaine (F3), and Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon (F3).

The Grand Jury heard testimony from Investigators with the Casselberry Police and Seminole County Sheriff's Office, before returning the indictments.

FITZPATRICK and WILLIAMS JR are being held on No Bond at the Seminole County Jail. No trial dates have been set in these cases. Please consult the Seminole Clerk of Courts website for updates on future court appearances by these defendants.
