- Seminole Grand Jury Indicts Dylan DALEY for Drug Delivery Murder
Yesterday (Sept 13), the Seminole County Grand Jury indicted Dylan DALEY (34) for First-Degree Murder Distribution of a Controlled Substance (CF), in connection to the death of Nina Brodict (33), found deceased at Serra Vella Apartments in Altamonte Springs, on April 3, 2021.
DALEY was identified by Seminole County Sheriff's Deputies as the person who provided Fentanyl and Etizolam that resulted in the overdose death of Brodict. However forensic testing of pill fragments gathered at the crime scene was not completed until June 9, 2022. A warrant charging DALEY with First-Degree Murder by Distribution of a Controlled Substance was obtained on August 8, 2022, and he was arrested in Philadelphia, PA on September 12, 2022.
The Grand Jury heard testimony from Investigators with the Seminole County Sheriff's Office before returning with the indictment.
In addition to the murder indictment, DALEY is facing the additional felony charges of Sale or Delivery of Fentanyl (F2) and Etizolam (F2).
DALEY is being held on No Bond and expected to be extradited back to Seminole County in the coming weeks. No trial date has been set in this case. Please consult the Seminole Clerk of Courts website for updates on future court appearances by this defendant.
