The Seminole County Grand Jury issued an indictment charging 35-year-old Jason Arthur Lenz with first-degree felony murder and aggravated child abuse in connection with the January 25 death of two-year-old Anthony Jessie Cabral.

Lenz, 35, shared a home with the child and his mother outside of Oviedo. He was babysitting at the time of the death while the mother was at work.

The grand jury heard testimony from the Seminole County medical examiner, the childs mother, and the lead investigator from the Seminole County Sheriffs Office. Lenz was arrested by Seminole deputies on Jan. 26 and has been held at the Seminole jail without bond.
