Today (Oct 11), State Attorney Phil Archer extended his congratulations to the Brevard Domestic Violence Task Force for their efforts to combat domestic violence in our community. The group was recently recognized by the Brevard County Commission in a Resolution proclaiming October to be Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Mr. Archer also expressed his thanks to Assistant State Attorneys Kipp Vugteveen (6th from right) and Linda Barnett (10th from right), along with Victim Advocate Janet Pearson (6th from left) for their outstanding effort and service on the Task Force.

The Brevard Domestic Violence Task Force is a collaborative effort and involves dedicated professionals from various organizations, including the State Attorney, Serene Harbor, Salvation Army, and our local law enforcement agencies.
