January 25, 2024 - Brevard Grand Jury Indicts 3 Men for First-Degree Murder

Yesterday (Jan 24), the Brevard County Grand Jury issued murder indictments for three defendants.

Nicarrion ANDERSON (18), Andreal CURRY JR (24), and Antario MCCOY (30), were indicted for two (2) counts of First-Degree Premeditated Murder (CF) each, in connection to the shooting deaths of Luis Alfredo Cambara (33), and Otwual Ramon Godinez (33), in Titusville.

On July 3, 2023, Titusville Police responded to a call of shots fired and a person lying on the ground of Knox McRae Drive. Police located a truck with Cambara lying outside, and Godinez in the passenger seat. Both men had been shot and were deceased. A months long investigation identified the incident as drug related, with ANDERSON, CURRY, and MCCOY as the persons who had shot the victims.

The Grand Jury heard testimony from Titusville investigators and the Brevard County Associate Medical Examiner before returning with the indictments.

ANDERSON, CURRY, and MCCOY are all being held on No Bond at the Brevard County Jail. No trial date has been set in these cases. Please consult the Brevard Clerk of Courts website for updates on future court appearances by these defendants.
