The Brevard County Grand Jury issued a first-degree premeditated murder indictment Tuesday, March 16, 2010, against Sheila Graham-Trott, 45, in connection with the February 15 death of Kelly Brennan.

The Grand Jury heard testimony from two Brevard County Sheriff's Office Crime Scene Technicians and a Brevard County Sheriff's Office Homicide Agent before returning the single-count indictment, said Assistant State Attorney Michael Hunt.

Graham-Trott was arrested on Feb. 17 and has been held since then at the Brevard County Detention Facility without bond. That status was continued Wednesday afternoon after a first appearance on the indicted charge.
