The Brevard County Grand Jury returned a first-degree premeditated murder indictment against Vince Allen White, 20, 745 E. University Blvd., Melbourne for the Sept. 28 shooting death of Luis Munoz.

Munoz, a 30-year-old Tamarac resident, died outside an apartment building at 1695 Monterey Dr. NE, Palm Bay, during a suspected drug buy.

The Grand Jury took no action in a case against Clinton Henry, 28, also arrested originally in connection with the murder. Henry, 2702 Main St., Melbourne, will face a charge relating to his attempt to purchase cocaine, said Assistant State Attorney Michael Hunt..

Henry was arrested by Palm Bay Police Sept. 30 and White was arrested Oct. 13. Both remain in the Brevard County Jail. White is scheduled for a first-appearance on Wednesday on the murder charge.
