Grand Jury Issues Indictments in Three Seminole Cases
The Seminole County Grand Jury issued indictments today on three separate cases returning two first-degree premeditated murder and one first-degree felony murder indictments involving the following defendants:
- William Roger Davis III, 31, was indicted on first-degree premeditated murder, kidnapping, and sexual battery by use of threat of deadly weapon for the Oct. 29 attack on Fabiana Malave, 19, which began in a Longwood car dealership.
- Joshua Shawn Williams, 25, was indicted on first-degree felony murder, burglary of a conveyance with a battery, robbery, and conspiracy to sell cocaine for the Oct. 31 attack on Dina Fulk, 37, in an Altamonte Springs grocery parking lot.
- Devin Paul Simpson, 33, was indicted on first-degree premeditated murder and tampering with physical evidence for the Oct. 22 attack on Robert D. Bebout, 30. Bebout’s body was discovered Oct. 31 in a wooded area in Sanford.
Seminole County deputies arrested Davis; Altamonte Springs Police arrested Williams; and, Simpson was arrested by Sanford Police. All three men are being held without bond at the Seminole County jail.ef George Small.
